You may choose to download the registration form so that you can work with your agency to submit payment by check — or you can use the credit card option. Please be aware of the difference in rates:
Member Rate before June 30 (dues paid by that date): $495
Credit card rate: $515
Non-members registration received by June 30: $595.
Non-member credit card rate: $619
Conference fee after June 30: $695 for everyone.
Credit card rate after June 30: $723.
