Public Information Manager: The County of Orange

County Executive Office has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a communications professional with excellent judgment and varied communication skills.

Background and understanding of the operations of municipal governments, as well as experience with elected officials and strategic communications is essential.

The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for a variety of pivotal assignments including serving as the County’s spokesperson; external and internal communications; standardization, best practices and corporate branding; public information and media relations; and developing and implementing strategic communication plans for major County initiatives.

Full-Time – $77,729.60 – $138,132.81 annually
