The Chief Communications Officer (CCO) reports directly to the DART President & Chief Executive Officer, managing a team that includes Marketing & Business Development, Strategic Messaging, External Communications / Public Relations, and Internal Communications. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, the CCO provides direction to senior leaders and recommendations to the Board of Directors through a wholistic, strategy-driven approach that brings together all relevant marketing, communication, and public / government relations considerations.
