As the Public Information Officer with the Sarasota County Government Communications Department, you will be focused on moderating and facilitating communications between the organization and various media outlets. The pay begins at $21.02 an hour, but with experience could go as high as $25.50 an hour! Your responsibilities will involve supporting media engagement plans and strategies to support the organization’s vision, mission, priorities, and goals. This position reports to the Public Information and Community Outreach Manager.
